A few years ago during the battle to Liberate Mars from the evil Plutarkians, Vinnie had been the victim of some nasty mouse experimentation at the hands of his enemies. Had he not been rescued by Throttle at the last minute, Vinnie wouldn't be amongst the Biker Mice today. Vinnie doesn't forget. His loyalty to Throttle is beyond question.
